Terms of Use.
Vessik is a diagnostic. It describes the structure of a portfolio and stops there: it does not recommend, it does not trade, and it takes no account of your circumstances.
1. Who provides this site
Vessik is operated by Aurelian Stewardship Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”). By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. What this site is not
Nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation, investment research, or an inducement to buy, sell or hold anything. We do not assess suitability, and no output of this site takes account of your objectives, circumstances or constraints. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we carry out no regulated activity: we place no orders, hold no client money, and take no custody of assets.
If you want advice on what to do with your money, speak to someone authorised to give it.
3. What the figures mean
The headline figure at the top of the page comes from a six-factor model running on your own device. Its loadings are hand-authored approximations built for a research tool and are not calibrated to live market returns — it is an indication, and it is labelled as one.
The full breakdown below it comes from our scoring engine, which prices your holdings and measures them against real price history. It depends on us correctly identifying the instruments you named; where it could not, it says so. Every figure on the site is labelled by how it was produced — measured, derived, estimated or simulated — and modelled outcomes under a stated shock are not forecasts. Past performance does not predict future results.
Figures are produced from what you type. If what you type is approximate, so is everything downstream of it.
4. Using the site
You may use Vessik for your own personal, non-commercial research. You may not scrape it, resell its output, present its figures as advice to anyone else, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in breach of any applicable law.
5. Availability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it produces is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Early access is offered at our discretion.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment decision taken in reliance on this site, or for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity or indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
7. Intellectual property
The Vessik name, the site, its copy and the models behind it belong to us. The holdings you enter remain yours: we do not store them, and we do not link them to you (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent where).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
